 Kayaking

The bays just off from Valentine's Dive Center are
ideal for kayaking. The waters are shallow and easy to spot conch, starfish
or sand dollars.
We have one man kayaks. The seats are very comfortable and have a back-pack
adjustment for storage, where you can keep snacks, refreshments or cameras.
Explore the nearly deserted beaches or head up to starfish alley. A great way
to spend a day out!

Pink
Sands Beach
|
| Sunbathe or just take wonderful walks on this 3 mile pink sanded beach. The
pink colour comes from the massing of the dead shells of single celled encrustingforaminifera
called Homotrema Rubrum or the Red Homotrema.. This pin head sized protozoan
attaches itself to coral and limestone rubble. Certainly a unique beach and
among the best in the world |
Eleuthera
and Spanish Wells

 Take
a day trip over to Eleuthera and See the Preacher's Cave where the Eleuthera
Adventurers first arrived. Spanish Wells is a unique island to see also, not
very touristy as it's main industry is craw fishing. |
