PADI OPEN WATER E-LEARNING

PADI Open Water Course is the first scuba certification level.  You will learn how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive learning environment.

Cost:

  • Private (one on one)……………$1,210

Duration: 3-4 days

Includes:

  • dive equipment (less wetsuit)
  • pool session (5-8 hrs)
  • 4 open water dives

If you don’t have time to complete 4 dives, ask about the “Scuba Diver” (restricted) certification.

PADI OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION - REFERRAL

If you do not have time to complete the full open water course while in Harbour Island you can complete all pool and textbook work at home, then finalize your certification by doing the four open water dives with us. You need to bring your log book and PADI paperwork from your other instructor showing you have completed the theory and the pool portion of the course.

PADI OPEN WATER REFERRAL - CROSS OVER TRAINING

This course is designed for you to complete your open water certification which was started with a different agency (like: SSI, Naui, CMAS) and will be completed and processed as PADI certified diver. You need to bring your log book and paperwork from your other instructor showing you have completed the theory and the pool portion of the course.

MEDICAL WAIVER

We recommend reviewing the Medical Questionnaire prior to your trip. 

The purpose of the medical questionnaire is to find out if you should be examined by your Physician before participating in recreational scuba diving. 

A positive response to a question may require written approval from your Physician to participate.

PADI ADVANCED OW E-LEARNING CERTIFICATION

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. This course builds on what you’ve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.

PADI CERTIFICATION FLOW CHART

PADI RESCUE DIVER CERTIFICATION

“Challenging” and “rewarding” best describe the PADI Rescue Diver Course.  Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur.  The fun part about this course is rising to challenges and mastering them.  Most divers find this course both demanding and rewarding, and at the end, says it’s the best course they’ve ever taken.

PADI DIVE MASTER CERTIFICATION

Looking for the first step in working with scuba as a career? Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational scuba diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

SKIN DIVER CERTIFICATION

The PADI Skin Diver certification helps you get – and keep – your fins wet.  The course provides basic information on skin diving equipment, dive science, the environment, problem management and safe skin diving practices.

Inwater training includes various techniques for adjusting equipment, entering the water, checking buoyancy, surface swimming, clearing water from your snorkel and performing effortless surface dives to interact with aquatic life, up close and personal.
